Pruning

I can prune your shrubs to make well shaped plants which enhances the flowering season. With 30 years of experience I have coped with many an overgrown garden and brought them back under control. Wisteria, clematis and climbing roses are old friends and Fruit trees can be brought back into shape and fruit again.

Wisteria is a very vigourous climber and to keep it flowering  in a small space takes regular pruning.  This wall plant is clipped about four times a summer as well as the January prune.

Keeping it away from the windows is aroutine job.

Any plant can be trained against a wall , this forsythia flowers well every spring but it could turn into a mess if it wasn’t pruned to shape in April to shorten the new shoots.
